“Southside United Methodist Preschool has been such a blessing to our family. The staff provides a very loving, nurturing and safe environment for the children. The program also focuses on developing their social skills and confidence and does a great job preparing them for Kindergarten. Our two boys have learned so much from the wonderful teachers and have had access to music, physical education, and computer classes as well. I especially love that the kids spend time in chapel and in “bright beginnings” where they learn bible verses and about God’s love. We feel so lucky to have such a great preschool in our area.”

“As a first time parent, the thought of dropping my most precious possession off to a group of strangers frightened me to no end. I researched and toured numerous pre-school programs and prayerfully asked for guidance. God led me to the sweetest program at Southside United Methodist Preschool. The school is hardly convenient for me – since it is 30 miles from my home. But when I met with the school director and learned about the curriculum and programs in place, toured the facility and met some of the most caring, loving educators I knew I had found my daughter’s school.

From morning chapel singing and praising God to learning and exploring through arts and crafts – the program at SUMP fulfilled my child’s needs spiritually and academically. And add to that, her teacher’s special “upside down world hug” that made my kid giggle every time, it made dropping my daughter off every morning an easy part of my daily routine.
